March Comes in Like a Lion at Loveland!
March definitely came in like a lion this season with 11 inches of fresh powder on the 1st. After the storm the skies cleared and made for one of those perfect powder days at Loveland. Check out some of the photos taken on Tuesday by our resident photographer Dustin Schaefer! March is usually our snowiest season and we all hope this past storm is a sign of things to come this month.

The forecast for this weekend is calling for a little more snow on Friday before it clears up and sun comes out. With sunny skies, warm temps and fresh snow it looks like Loveland is the place to spend your weekend!

Get Ready to Race at Loveland's Family Race Day
Loveland is excited to host a Family Race Day this Saturday, March 6th. Come out and challenge your friends and family to a fast and fun race at no cost. All ages, abilities and disciplines are invited to come and test your skills on a slalom style racecourse, which will be set up on Firecut off Chair 2. Medals will be awarded to the fastest racers and bragging will be sure to ensue. Register the morning of at the base area of the Basin. Be sure to join us for the awards and apres Party on the patio outside the Rathskeller with live music starting at 2:30pm and awards at 3:30pm. Tommyknocker will also be visiting with specials on beer for the adults, freshly brewed root beer for the young ones, and a raffle with the chance to win a pair of Icelantic Skis!
