After a week of beautiful sunny weather, a storm system is moving into Colorado and just in time for the weekend! The forecast is calling for the snow to begin falling tonight and by Saturday we may be looking at as much of a foot of fresh snow. Conditions have been great so far this spring and with the addition of some new snow, you are not gonna want to miss out.
Don't forget that spring break is upon us and you can escape the crowds and save money by choosing to ski Loveland. Be sure to pick up tickets from one of our offsite locations to save even more!
Tall Tees & Tacos Terrain Park Comp - This Saturday!
Loveland Ski Area and Wahoo's Fish Tacos are excited to present the 2010 Tall Tees & Tacos slopestyle competition. Join us this Saturday, March 20th to show off your skills for the chance to win nearly $10,000 in prizes. Register the morning of in the Rathskeller between 8am and 10am for $20 including an event T-shirt and lunch provided by Wahoo's Fish Taco and Mtn. Dew. Loveland Derby Celebrates 50 Years!
The Loveland Derby is the largest amateur race in North America and this season the event celebrates its 50th anniversary. This year's Derby will take place on Saturday and Sunday, April 17th and 18th at Loveland Valley. All ages and abilities are invited to come out and celebrate the end of the 09-10 season with costumes, BBQs and fast paced racing fun for the entire family.

Jay-Z Concert Ticket Winner Announced!
Congratulations to Keena Jordan, she has won tickets to see Jay-Z in concert at Denver's Pepsi Center courtesy of Live Nation and Loveland Ski Area! There will be other opportunities to win concert tickets from Live Nation and Loveland, so stay tuned.

K2 Snowboards Demo Day - March 23rd and 31st
K2 snowboards visits Loveland for their spring demo tour. Stop by the K2 tent and try out all of K2's latest and greatest boards at absolutely no cost. A valid lift ticket and credit card for deposit are required.
Subaru's Master the Mountain - Saturday & Sunday, March 27th & 28th
Subaru has created an event weekend dedicated to promoting a safe and enjoyable snowrider environment. Join us for free mini-lessons, Nordica demos and an insight to Ski Patrol operations with an avalanche awareness and beacon training session. The first 100 Subaru's receive front row parking with free popcorn, hot chocolate, coffee and giveaways for everyone. Participation is free to all skiers and snowboarders with a valid lift ticket .
New Belgium Brewery's Scavenger Hunt - Saturday, April 3rd
New Belgium Brewing returns to Loveland to host their popular Scavenger Hunt on April 3rd. Put together a team, dress up in costumes, and race around the mountain solving riddles and answering clues all for the chance to win some great swag from NBB and Loveland. Be prepared for some zany fun, delicious NBB beer, and of course great skiing!
