Spring Storms Bring Another 2 Feet to Loveland!
As other ski areas around Colorado are getting ready to close, Loveland is still going strong! A couple spring storms have hit us this week dropping another two feet of fresh and pushing our year-to-date total over 475 inches and our mid-mountain base over 100 inches! With just under a month of the season remaining, there is still time to get great spring skiing and riding in! And with late season ticket pricing now in effect, only $46 for adult and $22 for children, what other excuse do you need?!
2011 / 2012 Season Pass Announcement
As the end of an epic snow season looms in the near future we are excited to announce that 2011 / 2012 Season Passes are on sale now and will be good for the remainder of 2010 / 2011 season as well! These are the lowest priced passes that will be offered for 2011 / 2012 season and are available online, at the Loveland Basin Ticket Office, or over the phone by calling 303-571-5580 x136. Don't forget, all season passes now come with 3 days at Monarch Mountain, 3 days at Purgatory, plus tons of other great perks! Hurry because these prices expire on Closing Day, May 31st, 2011.

Ski & Ride School Open Through May 8th
The Loveland Ski & Ride School will continue to operate as normal out of the Basin Lodge despite the closing of the Loveland Valley. Expert instructors are available for all levels of skiing and snowboarding on both a walk-in and advanced registration basis. The Ski & Ride School is also still offering telemark instructions with advanced registration. 51st Annual Loveland Derby - This Weekend!
The largest amateur ski race in North America returns to Loveland for the 51st Season. Costumes, races, and fun surround this event as racers from all over America travel to celebrate the end of another season. Tall Tee's & Tacos Slopestyle Competition - Session #2 - Saturday, April 23rd
Think you got skills? Prove it at the 2011 Tall Tees & Tacos Slopestyle competition at Loveland Ski Area. Join us as skiers and riders of all ages, abilities, and disciplines compete to win some of the $10,000 worth of prizes up for grabs. Wahoo's Fish Tacos returns to provide lunch to competitors as the Skullcandy DJ spins Tunes in the Love Park during the competition. Registration costs $20 and includes and event tall tee and lunch. Valid lift ticket and signed waiver required.
Corn Harvest Benefit Ski Party - Saturday, April 30th
Join us on Saturday, April 24th as Loveland Ski Area hosts the 10th annual Corn Harvest benefit ski party for the Colorado Avalanche Information Center. Packages including lift tickets, lunch, beer, raffle and donation will be available at morning registration for only $60 If you already have a pass or ticket registration will cost $30. A special BBQ will be served up with New Belgium beer and a giant raffle will be giving away some amazing prizes. This is the last big party of the season that you wont want to miss.
